Commission Details

The Artist agrees to create the following commissioned artwork: 

 Medium: Watercolour 

Size & Quantity: 1x A5 

Total Commission Fee: AUD $180
Deposit (Non-Refundable): AUD $90 -Due upon acceptance of commission to secure booking and begin work. Work will not commence until deposit is received. 
Final Payment: AUD $90 - Due upon completion and approval of final artwork, prior to delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations 
Client-Initiated Cancellation

Before work begins: Deposit is retained to cover administration and time booked. After work begins: No refunds are available for the deposit. If significant progress has been 
made, the Artist may retain additional payments to reflect work completed. 

Artist-Initiated Cancellation

In the unlikely event the Artist must cancel, all payments made by the Client (including deposit) will be refunded in full. 

Copyright & Usage 

The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. - The Client may display the artwork in their home or business but may not reproduce or resell without permission.

The Artist may use images of the commissioned work for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes (unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing).
